SLEEPYS

There can be many different reasons as to why you are trying to work out 'why am I so sleepy?' Some problems are medical, some are lifestyle. If you visit your doctor with this complaint, he will probably consider that one of the following reasons could well be the cause and will investigate these first.

Poor eating habits and diet

Processed food has been refined to such an extent that it is lacking in the necessary minerals and vitamins that the body needs. If you are only eating processed foods, such as take aways, canned food, crisps, cakes and ready meals, then this could well be the answer to your question - why am I so sleepy? Your body needs a constant supply of the correct nutrition to function in the correct manner. If it doesn't receive this supply, the first thing to happen will be a lack of energy.

Lack of sleep or quality of sleep

If you have problems getting to sleep - a condition known as insomnia - then this will of course have an effect on your waking hours. Insomnia can have many different causes - stress or depression being two of them. If you suffer from this you will need to find out why, and treat the cause. If you work shifts then this can also be a reason for insomnia.

Anaemia

This is caused by a vitamin b12 or iron deficiency. It means that you are lacking in the red blood cells which transport oxygen around your body. If not enough oxygen reaches the tissues then this leaves you feeling tired and lethargic. It can easily be diagnosed with a simple blood test. If this is the cause then your doctor will prescribe extra intake of iron and b12 & will also advise you on the type of foods to eat to ensure that you get enough of these from your diet.

If you struggle to find out exactly why you are so tired, and it goes on for a while, then it will be necessary to seek medical advice to find out the reason as to your problem - why am I so sleepy?

Sleepys

Sleepys is an online mattress store located and delivering to all states within the US. Providing quality products and services direct to the public means better prices across the board. So, shopping at Sleepys will save money, but what mattresses are available and how to choose?

Inner Spring - This type of Sleepys mattress is the most common to be found in households today. They are reasonably comfortable, reliable and above all they are affordable. They are however, lacking in the latest technologies of back and neck specific supports; and also lacking in the prevention of partner disturbance. Over the years client complaints and subsequent research has discovered that a truly good night's sleep is achieved by a multitude of factors including the ability to contour the body within the bed snugly, providing complete relaxation; the ability to not feel the movements of anyone beside you allowing unbroken long sleep; and the adaptability of the mattress to cope with injuries or specific spinal requirements. This research birthed a premier range of mattresses including the Latex and the memory foam.

Latex - These mattresses have wear and tear expectancy that is well over 20 years, the latex itself is fantastic for allergies and is a hindrance to the mites and bugs that often find refuge in mattresses. The latex mattress is a contour machine. No matter what shape or size, the latex Sleepys mattress will provide support and comfort that cannot be mimicked by the spring mattress. The cost is much higher but the lasting qualities and the superior sleep will make the extra expense worthwhile.

Memory foam - This is another Sleepys mattress worth considering. Memory is in the way the mattress not only contours to the body, but provides the most comfortable and therapeutic position by fitting around the body in an almost imprint style. Movement is minimal, and protects each individual on the mattress from the others movements. Again these mattresses are allergy reducing and more pricey than their spring cousins, but so worth the cost.

The first step to deciding which Sleepys mattress is best is to assess any back or neck problems that may be alleviated by a new mattress. Think about current sleeping patterns, does one partner toss and turn or get up frequently disturbing the other's sleep? Are allergies a constant problem either at night or in the morning? And finally what is the household budget for a new mattress. Armed with this information can make the choice either clear cut or at the very least much easier.

Sleep is not just essential, it can be the difference between being in a good mood or a terrible one; the difference between excelling at work or failing to complete tasks and it can even be the difference between a happy marriage and family dynamic or a family in crisis. Making the best possible environment for sleep and rest starts with the bed, its comfort and quality; then the room, its lighting and temperature and finally the person and their state of mind. Get a good night's sleep every night by choosing smart and choosing wise.
